Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 14 days of purchase or receiving of product.

REFUND POLICY
- In line with our store policy, refunds are only available for items that are defective or have a manufacturer fault.
ONLINE RETURNS
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Items must arrive in perfect resalable condition - unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging
- Keep all shipment and tracking proof until your return is confirmed
IN-STORE RETURNS
- Visit any REALISM location with your item and proof of purchase, provided it is within the 14 day period since you received your order. We recommend calling ahead to confirm stock availability before visiting.
- In order for your return / exchange to be accepted, items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition with tags and packaging
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Exchanges are not available on already exchanged items
- If your requested item is out of stock, store credit will be issued
- Realism does not accept returns on the following items: socks, hats and accessories for hygiene reasons
- Items purchased online may be returned in-store (and vice versa) with proof of purchase
- Once received, exchanges can take up to 2 to 3 weeks to be processed and shipped back to you.
